Shipping

All items are posted through Australia Post in a mailer bag.  Aust Post will email you your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel, however if you wish, you may purchase registered mail or express post for items you need quickly. Please ensure you select this option at the time of ordering.

Time Frames

As each item is handmade please allow 3-4 weeks before your item is posted out. 

Sizing

All clothing items are made to Australian Sizing Standards.  If you have a chubby bub its best to size up and if you have an extra slim bubba it can sometimes be better to size down. Refer to waist measurements before placing your order to ensure a good fit.  We will happily tighten the waist band a little if you need a smaller waist but require the length to stay the same.

Exchange and Refund

Each item is hand made therefore no two items will ever be exactly the same.  They are unique and made with love and care.  We cannot guarantee pattern placement. 

We do not accept returns on sale items.

We only offer refunds on faulty items, that are still in the original condition, unwashed, unused and only once product has been sent back at customers cost and deemed faulty. If you find that one of your items is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue. 

If you find you have ordered the incorrect size for pre made items such as clothing, as long as item is in its original condition with tags on and packaging in tact, we will happily exchange sizes.  Upon receiving the returned item, we will post out the correct size to you.
